At RatiProChill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wristwatch purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below for details.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item is in its original condition, unused, and unworn.
  3. The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and warranty cards included.
  4. The item is not a custom, final sale, or personalized product.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@ratiprochill.com or call (320) 274-6295 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Once your return is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.
  3. Ship the item to:

  1. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or model, please contact us at info@ratiprochill.com to check the availability of the desired item. If the exchange is available, we will assist you in the exchange process. The item you are returning must meet the eligibility criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@ratiprochill.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
